Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Vision Source Baxley the leading provider of vision care products and services in Baxley.

Dr. Neal Lovett

Dr. Neal Lovett is a native of Hazlehurst, Georgia and graduated from Jeff Davis High School in 1999.  He attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and received his Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2007.  While at UAB, Dr. Lovett was taught by some of the leading optometrists in the nation in the areas of ocular disease, glaucoma, pediatrics, and contact lenses.  He was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key International Optometric Honor Societies.  Upon completing his education, he returned to southern Georgia, and after practicing for several years, opened Vision Source Baxley in 2013.  Dr. Lovett is a member of the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.  He is Treasurer of the Baxley Kiwanis Club and a 2018 alumnus of the Appling Leads program.  He is a musician active in his local church and also enjoys fishing and gardening.  Dr. Lovett’s goal is to provide patients with the best vision possible through compassionate and expert care.  At Vision Source Baxley, you will find professional care and exceptional personal service.

 

Ashley Carter

Ashley has been at Vision Source Baxley since 2014.  A native of Baxley, Ashley is a graduate of Appling County High School and Altamaha Technical College.  She can help you with check-in and check-out and can also assist you with frame selection in our optical dispensary.  Ashley also assists with contact lens training.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Blake, and twin boys, Colton and Cason.  She also enjoys riding the countryside and taking care of her cows and goats.  Ashley looks forward to helping meet your eye care needs.
